We’re excited to have you try out our boxing classes! To book your free trial, simply click the link on our website and fill in the required information to claim your one-week free trial. One of our team members will then contact you to answer any questions and reserve your spot in our schedule.
Absolutely! Our boxing classes are open to everyone, regardless of skill level. Our coaches specialize in working with beginners and will guide you through the basics of boxing at a comfortable pace. You’ll learn proper techniques, gain confidence, and get a great workout in a supportive, welcoming environment. No experience? No problem!
Each class is designed to keep you engaged, energized, and progressing toward your goals. We typically start with a dynamic warm-up to get your body ready, followed by skill-focused drills to develop technique and form. Next, we incorporate bag work, pad work, or partner exercises to practice those skills in action. The session ends with conditioning exercises and a cool-down to ensure a well-rounded workout.
Our gym operates on a booking-only basis for classes and training sessions to ensure a smooth experience for everyone. However, if you’d like to stop by to see the gym or learn more about our offerings, we’d love to meet you! Please contact us ahead of time to schedule a quick visit so we can give you the attention you deserve.
Life happens! If you can’t attend a class you’ve booked, please let us know as soon as possible so we can free up your spot for others. You can cancel or reschedule through our booking system or by reaching out to us directly. We kindly request 24 hours’ notice to keep our schedule running smoothly.
For your first visit, just bring yourself, comfortable workout clothes, and plenty of energy! We provide gloves and hand wraps for your initial session, so you’re all set to jump right in. Don’t forget a water bottle to stay hydrated and a small towel if you’d like. If you have your own gear, feel free to bring it along!
